These bespoke sessions are a way to really tailor ante-natal education to you. Whether you have had a previous trauma, changes in circumstances or maybe your family are just that little bit further away. Aimee works with you holistically to craft a birth preparation just for you. Whether you wish to explore Yoga, birth education, direction to complimentary therapists or you are just seeking a listening ear to help prepare you for your birth Aimee can work with you to ensure you are feeling positive, confident and informed as you look forward to your new arrival. Aimee has contacts from Scotland to Australia who she can call upon for guidance and will not hesitate to make sure you are in touch with the right people when necessary. Birth is a big thing. It is life changing, totally transformational and brings with it a great amount of shifts within you.
